Daily Schedule

7:30 - 8:00 AM	Arrival, wash hands and diaper/bathroom check. Settle with free play, (books, blocks, art)
8:00 - 8:30 AM	Breakfast Healthy morning meal Handwashing and table manners encouraged
8:30 - 9:00 AM	Nature walks (weather permitting), light exercise and stretch.
9:00 - 9:30 AM	Circle time, daily theme introduction
9:30 - 10:30 AM	Structured Activities rotating stations: art, STEM, literacy, dramatic play Small group or individual learning (handwashing, potty breaks)
10:30 -11:30 AM	Outdoor play/ gross motor time playground, nature walks, ball games and active movement and fresh air
11:30AM - 12:30 PM	Handwashing, potty breaks, lunch time, nutritious, balanced family-style meals
12:30 - 1:30 PM	Story Time & Creative Play Storybooks, puppets, music and movement transition to quiet play
1:30 - 3:00 PM	Handwashing, potty breaks, nap / Rest Time Rest mats, soft music, dimmed lights Quiet activities for early risers after 2:30 PM
3:00 - 3:30 PM	Afternoon Healthy snack (fruits, crackers, yogurt, etc.)
3:30 - 4:15 PM	Enrichment / Outdoor Activities Music, dance, art projects, sensory bins
4:15 - 5:00 PM	Indoor free play, washing hands getting the children ready to Pick-Up
